The Samson Indonesia Boiler's growing media sterilization machine is designed to sterilize cultivation substrates to prevent contamination from fungi, bacteria, and spores. It is suitable for the mushroom industry, nurseries, modern agriculture, and commercial growing media production, which demands more consistent results and lower crop failure rates.
Why use an autoclave and steam boiler? Growing media is bulky and porous, requiring even heat penetration. Steam from the boiler facilitates rapid heating and more effective heat distribution than dry heating, resulting in more thorough and repeatable sterilization between batches. A data logger helps verify the process and ensure quality control.
Process specifications include a design pressure of 10 bar, a working pressure of 3 bar, a test pressure of 12 bar, and a designed temperature of 100 to 180 degrees Celsius. The automatic control system supports the data logger, a manual or pneumatic hydrolocking system, a door safety interlock, and a cooling system.
Full features include globe valve, flange and fittings, water level, blowdown, steam trap, safety valve, PRV, pressure gauge, pressure switch, temperature limiter, flow switch, emergency stop, thermal insulation, and outer cladding. ASME-compliant construction is available, with assistance with Department of Manpower permits if needed.
Samson Indonesia Boiler can provide a complete package, including a steam boiler, installation, commissioning, process consulting, and permits. Our service areas include Semarang, Kendal, and Demak, as well as national project support.
