The Samson Indonesia Boiler fertilizer sterilization machine is a retort autoclave for steam-based, temperature-controlled sterilization, suitable for organic fertilizer and compost producers who want to reduce microbial, fungal, and disease-causing contamination before packaging. Consistent sterilization contributes to stable product quality and reduces complaints in the field.
Process specifications include a design pressure of 10 bar, a working pressure of 3 bar, a test pressure of 12 bar, and a designed temperature range of 100 to 180 degrees Celsius. The machine is automated with temperature control, supports a data logger, a manual or pneumatic hydrolocking system, a safety door interlock, and a cooling system for batch cooling.
Complete safety and instrumentation features include globe valves, flanges and fittings, a water level, blowdown, steam trap, safety valve, pressure relief valve (PRV), pressure gauge or manometer, pressure switch, temperature limiter, flow switch, emergency stop, thermal insulation, and exterior cladding. Designed using the ASME approach, the machine can be assisted with obtaining permits from the Ministry of Manpower.
