The STOH Series 3,000,000 Kcal-hour Solar is a horizontal, bed-mounted thermal oil heater manufactured by Samson Indonesia Boiler for large-capacity process heating at thermal oil temperatures of 200 to 320 degrees Celsius. The horizontal type is chosen when a longer boiler room layout is preferable, but the operating procedure remains the same as the vertical version. It is suitable for large process ovens, dryers, hot presses, jacket tanks, reactor heating, and process heat exchangers where stable, steam-free heat is required.
A complete project package is available, including the thermal oil heater unit, thermal oil circulation pump, expansion tank, control panel, piping and accessories, chimney, and diesel tank and fuel system equipment for diesel configurations. The electrical system is 380 Volt, 3-phase, and burners can be customized to meet combustion capacity requirements and brand preferences.
